In 2017, another series of hacking started again. So far, the celebrities affected were , , , and . Meanwhile, website Celeb Jihad “announced” that actresses and are going to be the next victims. The website recently posted “teasers” containing Alison’s semi-revealing photo and Sophie’s private photo.
Emma and Amanda have taken legal action after their private photos were leaked online. Emma’s stated that the photos were taken while the “” actress was trying out clothes, but they weren’t nude photos. “They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further,” the representative said.
Amanda’s attorney immediately for the photos to be taken down by sending a letter to Celeb Jihad. “Your unauthorized use and distribution of the Seyfried Photographs constitutes, at a minimum, copyright infringement, violation of Ms. Seyfried’s right of privacy under applicable law, and tortious conduct under state and common law,” the letter said.
